1. I am interested in purchasing the artwork. What should I do?
我對某件藝術畫作有興趣,應該怎麼做?
If you are interested in purchasing an artwork, please begin by filling out our Request Form. Our team will follow up with you to confirm availability and payment instructions.
若您對某件藝術畫作有興趣,請先填寫我們的《申請表》,我們的團隊將與您聯繫,確認作品是否仍可購買與付款方式。
2. How do I make payment?
我該如何付款?
We offer the following payment methods:
– E-Transfer (highly recommended)
– Credit Card (a 3% processing fee will be applied)
– Cheque or Bank Draft (processing time may vary)
– Wire Transfer (processing time may vary)
我們提供以下付款方式:
– E-Transfer (最佳付款方式)
– 信用卡(Visa、Mastercard、American Express)(收取3%手續費)
– 支票或銀行本票 (到帳時間可能延遲)
– 電匯付款(到帳時間可能延遲)
3. Can I make payment at the exhibition?
我可以在畫展期間現場付款嗎?
Yes, payment can be made during the exhibition. E-transfer is highly recommended. Cheques, online credit card payments, and wire transfers are accepted. Our on-site volunteers will assist you with debit/credit card payments via POS machines, 3% processing fee will be applied.
可以,您可以在畫展期間付款。電子轉帳(E-transfer)為最佳付款方式。 另外我們接受支票、線上信用卡、及電匯付款。現場也有義工協助您使用借記卡/信用卡(POS 機)完成付款(附有3%手續費)。
4. Can the artwork be reserved if I need more time to decide?
如果我無法當下決定,作品可以預留嗎?
All artwork is sold on a first-paid, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve any unpaid artwork.
所有畫作皆依先付款先得原則出售。我們無法預留尚未付款的作品。
5. Is the artwork refundable or exchangeable?
畫作可以退貨或更換嗎?
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once a purchase is made. Exchanges may be considered only if the requested artwork is still available, but we cannot guarantee availability. During the exchange process, same value pieces could be exchanged. If you want to exchange for a higher value painting, the difference needs to be paid. If you need to exchange for a lower value painting than the original purchase, the difference will not be refunded.
畫作一經售出,恕不退換。如您希望更換畫作,我們僅能在您欲更換的作品尚未售出時提供協助
,但不保證一定可以更換成功。更换過程中,如畫作價值相等,可以直接更换;如欲更换更高價值畫作,需補齊差價;如欲更換成相比於原購畫作較低價值畫作,差價恕不退還。
6. Will I receive a tax receipt for my purchase?
我會收到稅務收據嗎?
No tax receipt will be issued. The artwork is sold at below market value and is not considered a charitable donation.
不會提供稅務收據。因藝術品係以低于公平市價販售,並非捐贈行為,故不開立捐款收據。
7. Will I receive a purchase certificate?
我會收到購買憑證嗎?
Yes, a purchase certificate will be issued once full payment is received. This certificate is required for artwork pick-up.
是的,完成付款後,我們將提供購買憑證。您必須憑此憑證提取畫作。
8. How do I collect the artwork? Do you offer delivery?

All artwork must be picked up in person at:
International Art Gallery
Unit #2083, Upper Level, International Village Mall 83 West Pender Street, Vancouver
Pick-up times:
● July 13, 2025: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (after exhibition closes)
● July 15–18, 2025: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Buyers must present their purchase certificate and personal ID. If a representative is picking up on your behalf, a signed letter of authorization, purchase certificate, and representative’s ID are required. Please notify the gallery in advance.
Due to limited volunteer resources, we do not offer domestic or international shipping. We can recommend local shipping companies upon request, but buyers are responsible for verifying their quality and service.

領取時間:
● 2025 年 7 月 13 日:下午 4 點至 5 點(展覽結束後)
● 2025 年 7 月 15 日至 18 日:上午 11 點至下午 4 點
取畫時須出示購買憑證及個人證件。如需他人代領,請事先通知畫廊並提供授權書、購買憑證與代理人證件。
由於志工人力有限,我們無法提供國內或國際配送服務。如有需要,我們可推薦本地物流公司,但買家需自行確認其品質與服務水準。
